Here at The Lace Anchor, strive to give you quality products and make sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchases. If you find yourself needing another size, or if there is a problem with your purchase, we will be more than happy to correct the problem.
**Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns/exchanges at this time.**
Returns will be reimbursed in the form of store credit only.
Refunds to your original form of payment will ONLY be issued if the item arrived damaged.
If Sezzle or AfterPay was used on returned items, the processing fee will be taken out of your store credit.
Returns will be accepted no later than 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please allow for 2-7 days for your order to be mailed back to us as this time is still included in the 14 days.
We do not provide return labels. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Please return items in original packaging and shoes must be returned in their original (undamaged) box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box.
All sale items are final sale. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit or exchange. This includes all items purchased from “Shop My Closet”.
Jewelry and other accessories are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Cards, camisoles, leggings, and socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In addition, items with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar stains will be shipped back to you at your expense and will not be refunded.
Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 2 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
Take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to email@example.com.
Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
Include the first and last name on your The Lace Anchor account and the order number.
You will receive a response from our customer service support department within 24 hours.
CHANGES TO ORDER
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately after making your purchase. You can do so via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or through massager on any of our social medias. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
