Where are our products shipped from?
All of our products are housed and shipped from our warehouse in Arkansas, USA.

When Will My Order Ship?

We typically ship your order to you within 24hrs, a lot of times the same day. We ship out our packages between 9:30am and 10:30am CT, Monday through Saturday (with the exception of holidays). 

Standard Shipping 

Standard Shipping (First Class via USPS) takes between 2 to 10 business days to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Priority Shipping 

USPS Priority Shipping takes between 1 to 4 business days to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

How Much is the Shipping Cost?

Both shipping methods are calculated by USPS. They will automatically determine the cost at the checkout after shipping address has been entered. The United States Postal Service sets all prices, we do not. All of the money paid for shipping goes directly to them. We do not make any profit from this.

If you order $50+, you will receive free shipping. This method will be shipped via USPS ground or Priority for larger orders. 

Lost Packages

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship international orders worldwide.

Standard International

Standard International (First Class USPS) orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days.
